I don't think so. Just listen to this. I got it off of Michael Moore.com. It sounds more like a corporate boondogle to get Bush back into a place where he could do the most good for his chronies in Diebold.
Either way, the voter gets cheated. I suppose we are going to let these folks get away with this as well.
