Our National Security Strategy: Truimph or Tragedy?

Just wondering, does anyone know a good definition of "strategy" to begin with? I've been having trouble with that one for quite some time. What is "strategy" exactly? How do we know it when we see it? When we reach out and touch "strategy," what does that feel like?

On a realated topic, in case you have not been wandering over to the Whitehouse web location, you might not notice that the W, Rove and Co invite us to judge them by their actions. I suggest to you that we should, shall and do: And, the outcome is not looking pretty for America.
America must lead by deed as well as by example. This is how we plan to lead, and this is the legacy we will leave to those who follow.
Frankly, I'm embarrased and ashamed of our leadership and the poor position they have placed us in chasing their NeoCon dream: a legacy of fear and war-time profiteering they plan to pass on to our unknowing and unborn generations.

he same strategy calls for ending corruption and protecting civil liberties. I just wish they'd practice that part of it in the United States.
