The Business of the US Military

Found this interesting quote in the NYTimes on line today:

"We're No. 1 in the world in military capabilities. But on the business side, the Defense Department gets a D - giving them the benefit of the doubt. If they were a business, they wouldn't be in business."DAVID M. WALKER, head of the Government Accountability Office, on Pentagon weapons spending.

Luckily for the folks at the Pentagon, the US Military is funded by the almighty taxpayer buck, of which there apears to be an endless supply.
