Caution: Optimist in the Whitehouse

Shrub took some time out of his busy schedule today to catapult the propaganda at the Grand Ole Opry House. He talked again about his wisdom to delegate important decisions like rug choice for the oval office to his loving wife Laura. Moreover, he claimed to be an optimist.
And so I said, "Laura, the only thing I want is that rug to say -- you figure out how to say it -- is optimistic person comes here to work every day." And she captured my spirit, because I am optimistic about our future.
When it comes to his performance, are you?

If by optimistic he means he's really hopeful that he doesn't get impeached or indicted, then I'd agree with his assessment. Or maybe he's optimistic that people will keep ignoring reality.

I'm optimistic too, but not blind, deaf, and dumb. I know we're in for a tough battle to get this country back on firm footing and keeping America on the path of real freedom and prosperity.

Um, isn't that kind of blind optimism a form of insanity?

"The Optimistic Turds" must be his favorite band, huh?

Good fucking grief. He talks about choosing a fucking rug. Well, all I can say is, it just needs to be big enough to roll him up in it and toss the whole thing off a bridge.
I am in a foul humor...
