Forgive the childhood commercial flashback, but NPR is reporting today that Scooter is going to get his trail, unlike many being held as suspected terrorists, some time in Jan 2007.
It seems to me that we might want to expedite this and get it done sooner, rather than later, no? Or is it a political ploy to stall on the hearing until after the 2006 election cycle?
