Condi Rice, Exasperated?

Just listened to a sound bite from NPR where Condi was talking about the Israel/Palistine situation.

Is it me, or does it seem like every time I hear Condi Rice speaking it sounds as if she is on the verge of tears, or completely exasperated?

Either way, her tenor and temeritry seem to produce a tremor in her voice that make her words ring shallow. Like a small pebble dropped in to Lake Superior.

Unfortuantely, her actions produce much more grave circumstances.
