NeoConservative = NeoNazis?

Check this out.

When does our "government" cross the line and become a a fascist, imperialistic government

Slice:

"This is real neoconservatism," said Robert Kagan, a foreign policy scholar who has been a leading exponent of neocon thinking — and who sometimes has criticized the administration for not being neocon enough. "It would be hard to express it more clearly. If people were expecting Bush to rein in his ambitions and enthusiasms after the first term, they are discovering that they were wrong."

... At her confirmation hearings this week, Secretary of State-designate Condoleezza Rice (news - web sites) named six countries as "outposts of tyranny" that would get special attention from the second-term Bush administration: Cuba, Burma, North Korea (news - web sites), Iran, Belarus and Zimbabwe.

End slice:

How many contries were on Hitler's list?

We've gone from "axis of evil" to "outposts of tryanny". A rose by any other name....
Personally I find it odd that Bush & company are so hyped up about spreading freedom throughout the world concept. Especailly when he, his administration, and his party are hell bent on quashing it here at home. Has he read the Patriot Act? Oops I forgot he doesn't read. How about the freedom of the press? The media has been brow beat into submission, to the point where they dare not print or utter a disparaging word about our self-rightous, self-aggrandizing leader and his co-horts. Then there's that ever precious freedom of or from religion . The attitude of your either a Christian or your against us is rapidly overtaking the concept of democracy. Maybe a good place to start that whole spreading freedom idea would be here in the good ole USA!

Ok, I'll bite.

The USA is gonna take over all these other countries and make an empire? Or what? Ummm... what are we gonna gain from invading North Korea? Zimbabwe? I mean, it's not even like we're countries that neighbor each other.

Now, if Canada and or Mexico were on the list, I'd bite. But this bush hitler comparison is just a bit of a stretch for me.

(not that I love bush or anything.)

Humm, intersting questions.
What did we have to gain by invading Iraq?

Just wait, this isn't going to be an all out assault on many fronts, but aren't you the least bit suspicious that we haven't gone after those Nations listed as hostile to us that actually, as in we know for a fact, posess weapons of mass destruction?
