Got some great news from my sister-in-law. Seems like my brother may secure transit to the EU out of Iraq by Monday, and be housed at a US Military base for debriefing by Monday. Then it is a bit of sitting around saturating himself in beer and other unobtainables in Iraq as he waits for the big deployment back to the home base.
Again, hope cannot be dampened by the pissing rain we are having today...which seems like many days in a row now...Let's hope all is well and safe in the next few days in the big kitty litter box we like to call Iraq.
