Simple. It's because they are stupid, biased rednecks.
Not to sound arrogant or anything, but it is quite interesting how those with better educations tend to vote Liberal.
So, is that why Republican administrations tend to underfund educational programs?
It could well be. They need to produce a legion of servants.
I am always particularly amused at the way they use the word "intellectual" as a derogatory term. Ha!
