Others also knew more about war that those of us sitting in our comfortable homes tiptapping away on the blog
Bertrand Russel also had a point:
"War does not determine who is right - only who is left."
Douglas MacArthur:
"The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war."
Questions ring for me:
1) Are we gaining anything by fighting the Iraq war?
2) Were we right to go in?
3) Was there another alternative?
4) Are people praying for peace?
5) When & how will it end?
