Brown is posturing to parry with the best of the responsibility deflectors stealing a page out of the W, Rove and Co play book: Part of the game behind the blame. When all fingers point toward you, start pointing your finger at others.

WASHINGTON - Former FEMA director Michael Brown aggressively defended his role in responding to Hurricane Katrina on Tuesday and blamed most coordination failures on Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco and New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin.

Interesting how his list of mistakes all have to do with other people.

And anything that he could've done better...well, "that's not the responsibility of FEMA."
