It would help if Karl Rove actually knew anything
Bush's NOLA speech was 'Don't Worry, Be Happy.' He didn't rescind his tax cuts. He thinks there's enough fat in the federal budget to pay for rebuilding NOLA. Tom Delay, fellow Texan Republican, says that's not true.
