A friend of mine sent me the link to this amazing web location. It's house at UCSB and holds a large number of brown wax audio recordings from lo over 100 years ago. If you really want to get lost in a real slice of history, here's your chance. Technology is amazing, and every so often, you can reach out through time and have a listen in on the warbling or speechifying from two or three or four or five generations ago.
