First, action occurs. Then the "reasons" why the action occurred are invented and inserted retrospectively into the organization's history...Once a person knows the outcome, the reasons for that outcome seem obvious and the person cannot imagine any other outcome.

Wednesday's Philosophical Dose
I've been re-reading my Karl Weick as of late and thought that some of his philosophical points are salient for bloggers in the geopolitical sphere.
