Vote Blocking: Another GOP Election Year Strategy Gem

If there was ever a sign of a ruling party in trouble, it is a game plan that calls for trying to win by discouraging voting.
No surprise, this is in Ohio...but will spread as November approaches, no doubt. If you can't win outright, block the vote. This sounds like good old-fashioned, culture-of-corruption-driven, election-year-politics as SOP for the GOP: "If you can't win, cheat to win."

I agree with the NYT. Blackwell needs to recuse himself from tinkering with the election laws while he's a candidate, but perhaps he'll get sued since some of his shenanigans appear to be illegal.
