Integrity

Long ago, I decided that one of the most important virtues and values to live by was to act and walk with integrity. One of my colleagues asked, "Hey, how do you define it?" Not finding an appropriate definition in any of the usual locations I wrote my own definition. So, this is my personal definition written in 1999:

Integrity:

The wisdom to know what is right to do
combined with the courage to act and the will to do so
and the valor to admit when wrong

- Windspike Oct. 99.
