Found a nice post over at the Cranky Liberal. He points out the prevention first act. Just wondering what happened to all the high quality sex ed programs that W, Rove and Co put the quash on.
If we talk about sex in schools, does this mean that girls will get pregnant? Discourse is not an invitation for intercourse. Unless of course, you talk about sex and STDs to a Christian Teen, it seems.
