The second day's destination involved a snowshoe up to the top of this peak - Mt. San Jacinto - yes, the very top - nearing 11,000 feet. Whooped completely, is they only way to describe my condition upon return to civilization. More pics to come another day.
Where is this peak? North of the park? What a great sounding ascent!
